About The Role

We are seeking an experienced IBM MDM Developer Solution Architect with strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere MDM and enterprise Master Data Management. The role combines hands-on development with solution architecture, covering end-to-end MDM implementations and technical leadership across enterprise data initiatives.

Job Description

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing IBM MDM solutions across customer, provider, product, and reference data domains. The candidate will work on MDM architecture, data modelling, matching and survivorship, data stewardship, governance, and integration with enterprise applications.

The position requires hands-on experience with IBM MDM Workbench, Business Services, and Data Integrator, along with strong database and API integration capabilities. The candidate will collaborate with business users, data stewards, architects, and project teams throughout requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement IBM MDM / InfoSphere MDM solutions for enterprise master data initiatives.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design across key MDM data domains.
- Configure and customize IBM InfoSphere MDM components and services.
- Develop data models, matching algorithms, survivorship rules, and data governance processes.
- Integrate MDM solutions with enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and ETL.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Provide technical leadership across requirements,



design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor developers and establish MDM best practices.

- Experience with IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of Informatica, Reltio, or other MDM platforms
- Experience in Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing domains
- IBM MDM certifications
- Experience leading technical teams and client-facing engagements
