- Lead end-to-end design,



development and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions

- Configure, customize and maintain the ServiceNow GRC platform

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and platforms

- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and ensure data synchronization

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Manage project delivery and technical teams

- Support pre-sales activities, estimations and technical solutioning

- Work on Service Portal page design and widget configurations

- Support ServiceNow version and patch upgrades

- Configure Knowledge Base and Knowledge Articles

- Ensure security, governance and compliance requirements are met
