About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agency sales, partner relationship management, life insurance products, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with agency partners, advisors, and distributors.
- Acquire new agency partners and strengthen existing relationships to drive business growth.
- Achieve assigned premium, revenue, and business targets.
- Provide product training and sales support to agency partners and advisors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency distribution network.
- Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.




- Maintain MIS reports and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Life Insurance, preferably in the Agency Channel.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and agency distribution.
- Experience in partner acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on business growth and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience working in a Life Insurance company.
- Strong experience managing agency partners, advisors, or distributors.
- An existing network of agency partners or advisors will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, confident, and capable of working in a target-oriented setting.
