About the Role

Looking for a Naturopathy Doctor for a multifaceted clinical role combining patient care with clinic administration, operations and marketing support.

This is not a purely naturopathy-focused position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working across different aspects of a growing fertility and women’s health practice and is comfortable taking ownership beyond consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Naturopathy

* Conduct lifestyle, nutrition and wellness assessments.

* Create personalised diet and lifestyle plans alongside patients’ medical treatment.

* Support patients undergoing fertility treatments, egg freezing, IVF and fertility regeneration programs.

* Guide patients on nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, yoga and other appropriate naturopathy interventions.

* Administer acupuncture, ozone therapy and other therapies

* Conduct regular patient follow-ups and track progress.

* Work closely with fertility doctors and the clinical team to ensure coordinated care.

Clinic Administration & Operations

* Support day-to-day clinic operations and patient coordination.

* Help ensure a smooth patient journey from consultation through treatment and follow-up.

* Maintain clinical documentation and patient records.

* Coordinate internally with doctors, therapists, nursing and administrative teams.

* Assist with developing and implementing clinic protocols and patient programs.

Marketing & Patient Engagement

* Support health camps, workshops, events and patient-engagement initiatives.





* Contribute clinical inputs for social media and patient education content.

* Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives where required.

* Help develop educational material around fertility, nutrition, lifestyle and wellness.

Qualifications

* BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) from a recognised institution.

* Strong understanding of nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

* Interest or experience in women’s health, fertility, hormonal health or reproductive wellness preferred.

* Previous experience in clinic administration, operations or marketing is highly recommended.

* Comfortable with technology, documentation and patient-management systems.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is proactive, organised and versatile rather than looking for a consultation-only role. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable counselling a patient, coordinating with the clinical team, helping organise a workshop, following up on an operational task or contributing to a patient-education initiative.

Solid communication skills, ownership and the ability to wear multiple hats will be important for succeeding in this position.

Experience

1–3+ years preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in women’s health, fertility, ozone therapy, healthcare administration or healthcare marketing will be given preference.

Important Note

This is a Delhi-based clinic position and not a residential wellness/resort role. Food and accommodation are not included or provided as part of the employment. Candidates relocating to Delhi would be responsible for arranging their own accommodation and meals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
