Job Overview

Pilates & Beyond is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role combines front desk operations with sales responsibilities, ensuring an excellent client experience while driving demo bookings and membership conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients visiting the studio.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, Instagram, and website enquiries professionally.
- Schedule demo classes and regular sessions.
- Follow up with leads and convert demo bookings into memberships.
- Explain membership plans, offers, and studio services to prospective clients.
- Maintain client records, attendance, payments, and renewals.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules and client appointments.
- Manage daily front desk operations and ensure the reception area is well-organised.




- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets through effective follow-ups.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, sales, or reception roles.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
- Confident in handling client enquiries and sales conversations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Well-groomed, organised, and customer-oriented.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or hospitality is an added advantage.
