Key Responsibilities

- This is a full time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Global Transfer Pricing , based in Andheri, Mumbai.
- Responsibilities include review of transfer pricing documentation and compliances , and assisting in advisory assignments. The AM will ensure compliance with global transfer pricing regulations , particularly for the USA, UK, and Singapore , along with India compliance including Form No. 3CEB .
- Reviewing detailed industry analysis/overviews, functional, economic, financial, accounting, and benchmarking analyses prepared using Indian and global databases.
- Experience in Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting, Master File , and an understanding of technical aspects relating to Pillar One and Pillar Two .
- Managing Associates and Interns,



and assisting seniors in transfer pricing audits, assessments, and dispute resolution matters.
- Tracking and providing insights on recent developments in transfer pricing in India and globally.
- Proactively identifying thought leadership opportunities , including drafting articles/alerts and preparing internal knowledge presentations on TP.
- Use of AI in TP

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 2–4 years of experience in Global and/or India Transfer Pricing , preferably with a Big 4 or reputed mid-size firm
- Advanced working knowledge of TP databases and MS Excel / PowerPoint
