Senior Interior Designer / Design Department Head

- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: 3.5LPA + (Based on quality)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Prepare accurate project estimates and cost sheets.
- - Prepare detailed production and working drawings.
- - Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and material specifications.
- - Coordinate with sales, production, procurement and site teams.
- - Supervise project sites and ensure execution matches approved drawings.
- - Check site measurements, materials, finishes and installation quality.
- - Lead, guide and monitor the design and production team.
- - Resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- - Manage project timelines, documentation and drawing revisions.
- - Report project progress and requirements to management.*Required Skills:*




- - Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, furniture design or a related field.
- - Strong knowledge of estimation, production drawings and BOQ preparation.
- - Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
- - Ability to lead and manage a design or production department.
- - Good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes and installation methods.
- - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar software.
- - Robust communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- - Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
