About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Article Assistant to join our Chartered Accountant firm. The candidate will get practical exposure to Audit, Taxation, GST, Accounting, ROC/MCA compliance, and other professional assignments while working directly with the skilled team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit assignments.
- Perform audit procedures, verification of books, vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns and other tax compliances.
- Assist in GST reconciliation, ITC verification and GST-related assignments.
- Assist in preparation of TDS returns, computations and related compliances.
- Maintain and review books of accounts and perform bank, ledger and balance-sheet reconciliations.




- Assist with MCA/ROC filings and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare working papers, schedules, audit documentation and supporting statements.
- Communicate with clients for obtaining documents and clarification of accounting/tax matters.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and related schedules.
- Carry out research on Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and other applicable laws.
- Perform any other professional assignments entrusted by the firm.
