Job Description:

Chandela Infra Engineering Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Business Development professional to drive sales growth, develop recent clients and generate new business opportunities in the Infrastructure, Construction and Engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals and commercial discussions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders/projects.




- Maintain regular sales reports and update management on business progress.
- Travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, Building Materials, Roads, Projects or related industries preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up and business closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Excel and professional email communication.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards + Performance Incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
