Role Overview

Streamline Global is looking for an experienced Title Search SME / Trainer with strong hands-on experience in US title search operations.

The ideal candidate should be able to perform title searches, train and mentor analysts, support new client onboarding, build SOPs/process guidelines, handle complex searches and act as the operational SME for the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and review US residential/commercial title searches and complex title issues.
- Train and mentor new and existing Title Search Analysts.
- Support new client onboarding, process transition and knowledge transfer.
- Create and maintain SOPs, search checklists and training material.
- Identify process gaps, recurring errors and provide corrective training.
- Handle complex searches, escalations and client-specific requirements.
- Conduct quality checks and support QA, accuracy and TAT improvement.
- Participate in client calls/calibration sessions when required.




- Work closely with operations and management to ensure process readiness and smooth delivery.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in US Title Search / Title Examination.
- Robust knowledge of deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, taxes, ownership/vesting, chain of title, easements and other title exceptions.
- Previous experience as a Title Search SME, Trainer, QA or Team Lead will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of title search workflows and US county records.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to train teams and explain complex title concepts clearly.
- Client onboarding / transition experience will be a strong advantage.

What We’re Looking For:

We are specifically looking for someone who is operationally strong and can build, train and support a title search process, rather than someone with only production experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
