Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect with 10 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Greater Noida . The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising architectural aspects of construction and development projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in architectural design, project coordination, site execution, and managing consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify design, execution, and site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
- Review material samples, finishes, mock-ups, and workmanship for compliance with design standards.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site observations.




- Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, regulations, safety standards, and project guidelines.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design-related updates.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents where required.
- Support project management teams in resolving architectural and construction-related issues.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development.
- Strong experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proven experience handling projects from design development through site execution.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural drawings, construction materials, building systems, and construction practices.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization, or other architectural software is preferred.
- Strong project coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage architectural responsibilities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in commercial, residential, institutional, or large-scale construction projects will be an advantage.
