Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing professional to plan and execute influencer campaigns to

increase brand awareness, engagement and sales across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube and other

relevant platforms.

 Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers/creators based on campaign requirements

and target audience.

 Negotiate commercials, deliverables and timelines with influencers.

 Coordinate with influencers/agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns and content

delivery.

 Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, views, clicks and

sales/conversions.

 Manage influencer briefs, content approvals and campaign reports.

 Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for smooth campaign execution.

 Maintain influencer database and track campaign history and performance.





 Monitor influencer trends and identify new creators and opportunities for the brand.

Requirements

 3–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing or a similar role.

 Valuable understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.

 Experience in managing influencers, creators and influencer agencies.

 Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

 Good understanding of campaign metrics and performance analysis.

 Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

 Experience in E-commerce/D2C or Beauty/Perfume/FMCG brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
