- Understand IT hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial HR screening.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer coordination, and closure.
- Manage multiple requirements and complete hiring within agreed TAT.
- Maintain accurate ATS, trackers, and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and achieve recruitment targets.
