VDOIT Technologies Ltd. is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support & Telecalling Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, responding to inquiries, providing information about our products and services, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer query resolution.
- Communicate professionally through calls,



emails, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Telesales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Solid listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and explain products and services.
