Job Description: Sr. Executive – Quality Control

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Quality Control with experience in API, API Intermediates, Specialty Chemicals, or Synthetic Organic Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for raw material, in-process and finished product analysis, instrument handling, calibration, documentation, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, wet lab samples, and COD samples.

- Handle and operate HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, pH Meter, Auto Titrator, UV-Vis, Melting Point and Particle Size Analyzer (Malvern).

- Prepare solutions, reagents, test samples, SOPs and analytical documentation.

- Perform instrument calibration and testing as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (NABL) requirements.

- Maintain COA,



SAP records, analytical reports and QC documentation.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ICH, ISO 9001:2015 and NABL standards.

- Conduct calibration of GC, HPLC, analytical balance, pH meter and Karl Fischer instruments.

- Prepare tabletop SOPs and detailed equipment start-up/shutdown procedures.

- SAP & COA Preparation

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Related Field, or

- Master's Degree in Analytical Chemistry

Industry Preference:
API | API Intermediates | Specialty Chemicals | Synthetic Organic Manufacturing

Salary: In-hand salary will be disclosed at the time of interview.
