Job Description – Product Manager

Experience : 8 to 20 Years

Mandatory : Current experience in Life Insurance and Product Based company

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and execute the product roadmap for Life Insurance products and digital solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Sales, and IT, to deliver high-impact product enhancements.

· Gather and analyze business and functional requirements and prepare detailed BRDs and FRDs.

· Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems for improved efficiency.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to drive innovation in life insurance offerings.

· Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through implementation and post-launch improvements.

· Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and other applicable industry standards.

· Monitor key product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 6+ years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.





· Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs for insurance product development.

· Hands-on experience with Life Asia or other core life insurance platforms.

· Expertise in digital transformation, policy administration systems, and customer journey optimization.

· Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

· Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
