Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP Investment Management (IM) solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and manage Investment Programs, Appropriation Requests, Investment Measures, and Budget Profiles.

- Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning, budgeting, and investment monitoring processes.

- Manage budget allocation, availability control, and budget distribution across investment programs and projects.

- Configure and support budget planning and control for capital investment initiatives.

- Collaborate with business users to analyze investment planning requirements and propose SAP standard solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP IM, SAP FI/CO, SAP Project System (PS), and SAP Asset Accounting (AA).

- Support project execution, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions for business-critical investment processes.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and user training materials.

- Support data migration, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in SAP ERP Investment Management (IM).

- Hands-on expertise in Investment Programs, Appropriation Requests,



and Investment Measures.

- Experience in Budget Planning, Budget Distribution, and Availability Control.

- Robust understanding of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Management processes.

- Experience integrating SAP IM with:

- SAP Financial Accounting (FI)

- SAP Controlling (CO)

- SAP Project System (PS)

- SAP Asset Accounting (AA)

- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.

Good to Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Investment Management.

- Knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) and Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM).

- Experience in capital project accounting and asset capitalization processes.

- SAP Investment Management or SAP Finance certification is preferred.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
