Responsibilities:

- Analyze client requirements and design tailored CLM solutions using ContractpodAI, Leah, and Ironclad platforms.

- Configure and customize CLM workflows, templates, and approval processes to optimize contract management efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and IT to gather and validate business needs.

- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users to ensure successful adoption of CLM tools.

- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to maintain platform performance.

- Develop documentation including process maps, user guides, and configuration manuals for CLM solutions.

- Manage integrations between CLM solutions and other enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP platforms.

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend continuous improvements in contract lifecycle management.

Requirements :





- Proven experience implementing and managing CLM platforms, specifically ContractpodAI, Leah, and Ironclad.

- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and legal contract workflows.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical configurations and process designs.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with legal, technical, and business stakeholders.

- Experience with system integration, data migration, and user training for CLM implementations.

- Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities within contract timelines.

- Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk management practices related to contracts.
