Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain existing Zoho applications and integrations.

- Perform system administration, configuration, and customization across Zoho products.

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, system issues, and user-reported problems.

- Configure and optimize workflows, automation rules, blueprints, approvals, and business processes within Zoho CRM.

- Develop and enhance applications using Zoho Creator.

- Support and optimize marketing workflows using Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA).

- Configure and leverage Zia Agents to improve operational efficiency and automation.

- Implement enhancements to the prospect management process based on existing business requirements and solution designs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.

- Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance across the Zoho ecosystem.





- Provide user support, training, and best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience working with the Zoho ecosystem.

- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Zoho CRM (ZCRM)

- Zoho Creator

- Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA)

- Zia Agents

- Experience with Zoho workflow automation, Blueprints, Deluge scripting, and custom functions.

- Strong understanding of CRM administration, user management, roles, profiles, and permissions.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

- Ability to configure and customize business processes with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connectivity.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
