- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Configure and support SAP TM functionalities and business processes.

- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process optimizations.

- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and clients.

- Contribute to COE initiatives and support cross-competency activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM).

- Strong experience integrating SAP TM with SAP SD.

- Experience in configuring and managing

- Freight Orders

- Freight Contracts





- Freight Settlement & Posting

- Post Processing Framework (PPF)

- Business Rules Framework (BRF+)

- Event Management

- Parcel / LTL Processes

- EDI Integration

- TM Enterprise Structure

- Freight Unit Building & Management

- Trip Planning, Load Planning & Optimization

- Selection Profile & Planning Profile

- Carrier Invoice Integration

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Embedded TM implementations.

- SAP TM Certification.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager.

- Integration experience with SAP MM, EWM, and GTS modules.

- Experience with support/ticketing tools such as:

- ServiceNow

- Jira

- HPQC / MQC

- Solution Manager

- Exposure to EDI/IDOC interface monitoring.

- Good command of English communication skills.
