*Employment Type:* Full time About the Role We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Chartered Accountant** to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting and audit activities. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
* Handle **GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances**.
* Review sales, purchase, expense, payment and receipt transactions.
* Manage **AR/AP, bank and ledger reconciliations**.
* Prepare and review **P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and financial statements**.
* Handle monthly, quarterly and yearly **accounts finalization**.
* Coordinate with **statutory and internal auditors**.
* Prepare **MIS reports and financial analysis** for management.
* Monitor and reconcile **inventory and stock-related accounts**.
* Review purchase/sales accounting and inventory valuation.
* Handle **job work/karigar-related accounting**, wherever applicable.
* Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding balances.




* Ensure timely filing of **GST, TDS and Income Tax returns**.
* Identify accounting discrepancies and compliance gaps.
* Support management in budgeting, cost control and financial planning.
* Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements. ## Candidate Requirements * Qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA)**.
* 3–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
* Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS, Income Tax and accounting standards**.
* Hands-on experience in **accounts finalization and audit coordination**.
* Good knowledge of **MS Excel and accounting/ERP software**.
* Experience in **Jewellery / Diamond / Gold / Retail / Trading / Manufacturing** will be preferred.
* Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and management reporting skills.
* Ability to independently handle finance and accounting activities. **Salary:** As per experience and industry standards
