- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations as required.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
