Job Description:
We are looking for Telecallers (Interns/Freshers) to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and assist in client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary details.
- Maintain customer database and follow up on leads.
- Provide basic product information and resolve customer queries.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Requirements:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Field)
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
