Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our BI/Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL Server, DAX, data modelling, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, along with experience in designing scalable BI and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Design and develop complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Work with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
- Design and develop ETL/data pipelines using SSIS.
- Work with Bronze/Silver/Gold (Medallion Architecture) and legacy data pipelines.
- Manage Power BI Service, Gateway configuration, and scheduled data refreshes.
- Create technical design specifications and define data contracts.
- Review technical solutions for performance, scalability, and data quality.
- Troubleshoot complex BI, SQL, ETL, and data-related issues.




- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BI/Data Engineering developers.
- Interact with business stakeholders and present technical recommendations.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server and SQL.
- Strong expertise in DAX and Data Modelling.
- Hands-on experience with ETL / SSIS.
- Positive understanding of SSRS and SSAS.
- Experience with Power BI Service, Gateway, and cloud deployment.
- Understanding of data engineering and data pipeline concepts.
- Experience in BI solution design and data architecture.
- Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
- Experience with Veeva integration, including iframe/Compass.
