Job Summary

BW Middle East is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage quotation support, project submittals, and client coordination for our commercial water heating, plumbing, and MEP project operations.

This is a fully remote (work-from-home) role. We are open to freshers with exceptional English communication and eagerness to learn, as well as candidates with up to 2+ years of sales support experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Quotations & Estimates: Support the sales team by preparing accurate price quotations, commercial proposals, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for water heating and MEP projects.
- Technical Submittals: Compile and organize technical data sheets, catalogs, and compliance documents for consultant and contractor approvals.
- Order Processing & Tracking: Process purchase orders (POs), coordinate dispatch schedules, track shipments, and provide regular delivery status updates.
- Client & Contractor Communication: Handle inbound sales queries, follow up on pending quotations, and maintain smooth communication with MEP contractors and project engineers.
- Documentation & MIS: Update sales pipelines,



maintain quotation logs, and prepare weekly/monthly tracking reports in MS Excel.
- Payment Tracking: Coordinate delivery acknowledgments and follow up on invoice milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred), Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Fresher to 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or tendering (prior exposure to MEP, HVAC, water heaters, plumbing, or building materials is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Language Skills: Fluent, professional verbal and written English is strictly mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reporting, data sorting) and MS Office tools.
- Remote Setup: Must have a quiet home workspace, a personal laptop/PC, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
