About the Role
We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Growth Lead to build organic customer acquisition across our SaaS products.
The objective is not simply to increase traffic. Your responsibility is to generate qualified visitors, signups, and revenue through search.
The role covers traditional SEO as well as emerging discovery through AI-powered search and answer engines.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies.
- Perform keyword, market, and competitor research.
- Identify high-commercial-intent search opportunities.
- Build landing-page and content strategies.
- Develop programmatic SEO opportunities where appropriate.
- Improve internal linking and site architecture.
- Work with developers on technical SEO.
- Monitor indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and other technical issues.
- Build legitimate link-acquisition and digital-PR programs.
- Develop content designed to earn citations and visibility in AI search environments.
- Use AI tools extensively for research, briefs, content production, analysis, and optimization.
- Measure organic performance through signups, conversions, and revenue.
- Refresh and consolidate underperforming existing content.

Who We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable history of growing organic traffic for SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge.
- Strong understanding of search intent.
- Excellent written English.
- Experience with link acquisition.
- Comfortable working with Google Search Console, GA4, SEO platforms, and analytics tools.
- Advanced use of AI tools for SEO and content workflows.
- Able to distinguish meaningful SEO opportunities from vanity traffic.
Candidates should be prepared to show websites and measurable results from previous work.
