Public Relations Officer – Hospital

- Handle patient and visitor enquiries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, attendants, doctors, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Address patient concerns and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Explain hospital services, facilities, procedures, and policies to patients and visitors.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth patient support and communication.
- Support patient feedback collection and maintain records of complaints, enquiries, and resolutions.
- Assist in improving patient satisfaction and overall hospital experience.
- Coordinate public relations activities, awareness programs, health camps, and hospital events.
- Support communication and promotional activities to enhance the hospital's public image.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital-related information.
- Prepare basic reports related to patient relations, feedback, complaints, and PR activities.
- Represent the hospital in a skilled and courteous manner at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
