We are looking for a creative Videographer and Photographer who can handle the complete video production process—from planning and shooting to delivering high-quality footage for social media and brand content.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visuals, understands social media content, and can turn creative concepts into engaging videos.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideography

- Plan and shoot Instagram Reels, product videos, brand videos, and social media content.
- Handle camera, lighting, framing, composition, and basic audio setup.
- Shoot content for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, and websites.
- Work closely with the creative team to understand concepts, scripts, and shot requirements.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor shoots as required.
- Ensure footage is visually consistent with the brand's identity.
- Set up and manage basic shooting equipment.
- Organise and maintain video footage and project files.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with content writers, designers, social media managers, and performance marketers.
- Suggest creative concepts, shots, angles, and visual treatments.




- Stay updated with Instagram and social media video trends.
- Understand how to create videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Experiment with new formats, visual styles, hooks, and creative approaches.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in videography.
- Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, composition, framing, and basic audio.
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
- Ability to independently manage shoots from setup to completion.
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.

Positive to Have

- Knowledge of video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic designing is a plus.
- Experience working with D2C, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Experience shooting UGC-style and performance marketing creatives.
- Own camera or production equipment is a plus.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
