Procurement Executive – Job Description

Position: Procurement Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Raw Material (RM) Management: Manage raw material requirements, stock levels, inward movements, and consumption.
- Procurement: Plan and execute procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other required items.
- Finished Goods Management: Coordinate the procurement and availability of finished goods as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order placement, delivery schedules, and timely supplies.
- Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain proper procurement, inventory, and vendor-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams for smooth material planning and availability.




- Identify stock shortages and excess inventory and take timely corrective action.
- Support cost-effective procurement by comparing prices, quality, and delivery timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase / Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge of RM, inventory, and finished goods management.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
