Role Description :

- Strong skills in Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales, with experience promoting and placing IT consultants with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Demonstrated experience in Hiring and talent evaluation, with the ability to match consultant skills to client needs effectively.
- Account Management capabilities, including maintaining client and vendor relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring repeat business.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage consultants, clients,



and internal teams professionally.
- Familiarity with US IT staffing processes, work authorization types, and time zones is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in staffing or recruitment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking or CRM tools; experience with job portals and professional networking platforms is a plus.
