Job Overview

Gashwa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of paid advertising, keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search terms.
- Create and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copies and optimize them for better performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize bids, keywords, targeting, and ad placements to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign goals.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Perform A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the SEO, content, design,



and development teams when required.
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Google Ads and PPC advertising.
- Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, ad groups, and campaign structures.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and performance metrics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Fresher to 3 years of experience in Google Ads/PPC.
- Google Ads certification is an advantage.
- Candidates with practical knowledge or experience managing live campaigns will be preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
