Core Responsibilities TWO WHEELER IS MUST- EXPERIENCE -5 TO 8 YEARS

- Team Supervision: Assign daily repair and maintenance tasks, lead technicians, and handle hiring, training, and performance reviews.Maintenance Managers supervise a team of maintenance, and repair personnel, such as plumbers, electricians, cleaners, technicians, gardeners, machine operators and painters. They schedule shifts for different team members, delegate duties, check progress and offer guidance during complex maintenance processes. These managers also ensure the implementation of safety policies to improve workplace safety and compliance levels.
- Scheduling and Planning: Plan routine upkeep and preventive maintenance, coordinate service appointments,



and minimize equipment downtime.
- Quality and Safety Control: Inspect completed repair work, enforce workplace safety rules, and keep work areas compliant with regulations.
- Customer Service and Quotes: Prepare cost estimates and repair quotes for clients, handle complaints, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Budget and Inventory Management: Monitor department expenses, control parts inventory, and order necessary repair supplies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
