We are looking for a skilled Civil Surveyor with good experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, setting out works, checking levels and coordinates, and ensuring accurate execution of construction activities as per approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and setting out for building construction works.
- Establish and check benchmarks, levels, grid lines and coordinates.
- Carry out layout marking for excavation, foundations, columns and structural works.
- Verify levels, dimensions, alignment and positions as per approved drawings.
- Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level and DGPS/GPS.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, field books and measurement data.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers and site teams for accurate execution.
- Monitor and rectify deviations in alignment, levels and dimensions.
- Prepare as-built survey data and reports as required.
- Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of surveying instruments.
Candidate Profile
- 4 to 6 years experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Total Station and Auto Level.
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of setting out, leveling and site measurements.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently at construction project sites.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
