Job Summary:

AREIC INDIA PHARMA is urgently hiring an experienced and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales Executive for office-based telecalling. The role involves calling potential distributors, explaining our PCD Pharma franchise opportunities, and converting leads into business partners. This is a target-based role with excellent incentive potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call potential distributors and franchise partners across India
- Explain company profile, product range, and PCD franchise benefits
- Generate new business and appoint franchise partners
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain daily call records and client database
- Handle client queries and provide proper business guidance




- Achieve monthly sales and franchise targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with distributors

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
- 1–5 years experience in PCD Pharma Telecalling / Pharma Sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Valuable communication in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Candidates:

- Experience in PCD Pharma franchise sales
- Experience in telecalling or inside sales
- Immediate joiners preferred
