Role Description
The Sr. Sales Engineer – Embedded Hardware Product Sales is responsible for promoting and selling Trident Infosol's Embedded Computing, Rugged MIL-Grade, and Hardware Solutions to customers in the Defence and Aerospace sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing the complete sales process from lead generation to order closure. The candidate will prepare quotations, participate in tenders/RFQs/RFPs, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure excellent customer service while driving business growth in the assigned territory.
Desired Experience
- 5-7 Years total experience.
- Sale of electronic / electrical products in Defense Industry – BEL, HAL, DRDO labs.,
Armed force HQ’s, Private Defense System Integrators etc….
- Experience in selling Electronic & Embedded products / Rugged MIL Grade products / Integrated Systems.
- Willingness to Travel extensively in the Territory assigned
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Sales of Hardware products (Embedded Computing and Trident Infosol make products)
- Responsible for Sales Target & Business Goals in the defined target territory.
- Develop the new customers and Key customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate Current Business, including understanding customer requirements and preparing quotations, Tender & RFQ/RFP.
- Responsible for sales funnel & business in the assigned in the territory.
- Responsible for Negotiations and Sales closure with pro-active follow-up.
