About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Specialist to lead the Learning & Development (L&D;) function across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee performance, accelerate onboarding, and support continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Learning & Development strategies across all departments.
- Design, deliver, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for current and existing employees.
- Lead in the creation, and management of the “SisuCare University” online learning platform.
- Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and managers.
- Create engaging training materials, SOPs, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
- Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
- Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.




- Work closely with department managers to improve team performance and address skill gaps.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and learning documentation.
- Ensure all training content remains up to date with company processes, tools, and policies.
- Mentor employees and support their professional development through coaching and continuous learning initiatives.
- Track key training metrics and present performance reports to leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Training Management.
- Experience managing training programs across multiple business functions.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong instructional design and content development abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working PST (Night Shift) hours.
