Graduation Full Time Quality Analyst Pune

Job Description

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and validating our LMS platforms, web applications, and digital learning solutions throughout the development and release lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, project managers, content teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify and troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure stable, high-quality releases. This role will provide exposure to web application testing, LMS and eLearning workflows, APIs, databases, release management, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

- Review business and functional requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Test web applications across different browsers and environments.
- Test LMS workflows including user management, enrolment, course access, assessments, certificates, and reports.
- Validate eLearning content and course functionality, including SCORM-based content.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes.
- Work closely with developers to understand and troubleshoot application issues.
- Participate in UAT preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Validate application releases before deployment to production.
- Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and other testing-related records.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills





- 2–4 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in test case creation and execution.
- Experience with functional and regression testing.
- Good understanding of defect lifecycle and bug tracking.
- Experience testing web-based applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential test scenarios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development and project teams.
- Ability to manage testing activities within project timelines.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

- Experience testing LMS or eLearning platforms.
- Understanding of SCORM and eLearning content.
- Knowledge of API testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Familiarity with browser Developer Tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Exposure to Git and version control.
- Understanding of CI/CD and release management processes.
- Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.
