Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Paramedical Tutor to teach and guide paramedical students in Radiology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, and Biodiversity. The candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical education, maintaining academic records, and supporting students in their overall academic development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular lectures and practical classes for assigned subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and practical demonstrations.
- Teach basic and advanced concepts of Radiology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, and Biodiversity as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Explain concepts using straightforward, practical, and student-friendly teaching methods.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide appropriate feedback.
- Guide students during practical sessions and ensure proper laboratory discipline and safety.
- Encourage students to participate in academic activities, seminars, presentations, and discussions.
- Coordinate with other faculty members regarding syllabus completion and academic planning.
- Assist in examination preparation, question-paper setting, evaluation, and result preparation.




- Maintain professional discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the Principal/Academic Head.

Subject-Specific Responsibilities

Radiology

- Teach fundamentals of radiology and diagnostic imaging.
- Explain X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic imaging principles.
- Provide practical demonstrations wherever applicable.
- Teach basic radiation safety and precautions.

Microbiology

- Teach fundamental concepts of microorganisms, infections, sterilization, and disinfection.
- Conduct microbiology practicals and demonstrations.
- Explain laboratory procedures and safety protocols.

Cell Biology & Biodiversity

- Teach cell structure, functions, cellular processes, genetics, and basic biological concepts.
- Explain biodiversity, classification, ecosystems, and related biological concepts.
- Conduct practical activities and demonstrations as per the curriculum.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and teaching experience in paramedical/medical education.

Experience

1–3 years of teaching experience in a paramedical, medical, nursing, or allied health education institute is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
