Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – CSA to lead and manage Civil, Structural, and Architectural works for a large-scale Data Centre Project in Gandhinagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
- Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and work schedules.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.




- Prepare and present progress reports to project leadership.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Strong understanding of CSA construction methodologies and project management practices.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and coordination.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
