About the Role

Zucol Skill Centre is looking for a skilled and passionate Trainer to deliver training under the Kaushal Vikas (Skill Development) Project for the job role of Food and Beverage Service Assistant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Food & Beverage Service in the hospitality/hotel industry along with the ability to train and mentor candidates, ensuring quality training delivery, assessments readiness, and compliance with government skill development norms. Key Responsibilities ● Deliver theory and practical training sessions for the job role of Food and Beverage Service Assistant. ● Train candidates on effective communication, service standards, and gender & age-sensitive service practices. . ● Conduct sessions on basic health, hygiene, and safety standards including use of PPE and waste management practices. ● Deliver Employability Skills modules covering constitutional values, professionalism, communication, digital skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and customer service. ● Prepare and manage lesson plans, training kits,



presentations, and participant handbooks as per the SOPs. ● Ensure smooth conduct of On-the-Job Training (OJT) and coordinate with industry/hotel partners for practical exposure. ● Maintain training records, attendance, MIS, and reports as per project and compliance requirements.Eligibility ● Diploma / Degree / Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or QSR-related discipline. ● Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in Food & Beverage Service (Hotel/Hospitality/QSR). ● Minimum 1 year of training experience in Food & Beverage Service. Required Skills ● Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage Service operations, table service, and hospitality etiquette. ● Good understanding of FSSAI and HACCP standards related to food safety and quality. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. ● Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and role plays effectively. ● Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for training documentation and reporting. ● Ability to train and mentor candidates from diverse backgrounds.
