- Supervise and coordinate all night-shift departments.
- Support nursing staff and resolve operational issues.
- Respond to medical and non-medical emergencies.
- Ensure adequate staffing and arrange replacements if needed.
- Handle patient and family complaints or concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, security, maintenance, and ambulance services.
- Ensure hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor bed availability and patient admissions/discharges.
- Prepare incident reports and hand over key information to the day management team.
- Act as the hospital administrator on duty until daytime leadership arrives.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (requirements vary by hospital).
