Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Food Technology Executive to support testing, quality control, operations, and installation activities. The role will involve laboratory testing, maintaining quality standards, operating equipment, and supporting installation and testing at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform food and dairy product testing as per defined procedures and SOPs.
- Conduct routine quality control and quality testing of samples.
- Operate and maintain testing instruments and laboratory equipment.
- Record and maintain testing results, QC reports, and documentation.
- Support installation, calibration, validation, and verification of equipment at customer locations.
- Provide operational and technical support during on-site installations.
- Follow SOP, GMP, GLP, and safety guidelines during testing and operations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding testing, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support R&D; and product-testing activities whenever required.
- Travel to customer sites for installation,



testing, training, and service support when required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of food testing and quality control.
- Good laboratory and documentation skills.
- Ability to operate technical/laboratory equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for installation and field activities.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with a background in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Microbiology will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
