Operations Executive - Non-Voice Process

Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai

Working Days: 6 Days | 1st & 2nd Saturday Off

Fixed Salary: Rs.14,182/-

Shift Options ( General Shift / Mid Shift )

- General Shift 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM (or)
- Mid Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- 2,000/- Shift Allowance for Mid Shift
- No Cab Facility

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle data entry operations with accuracy
- Maintain and update records, databases & MIS reports
- Perform customer verification and validation
- Support customer coordination through a Non-Voice Process
- Ensure proper data management and documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain data quality and confidentiality
- Achieve daily operational targets
- Identify and correct data errors promptly

Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Computer Operations
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to handle large volumes of data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in versatile shifts
