Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, and MLOps. The candidate will be responsible for developing AI-powered solutions and supporting the deployment and management of machine learning applications in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Build and integrate LLM-based applications.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML/AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture.
- Experience with MLOps and production ML workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
