Operations Specialist – Asset Leasing & Financial Operations

Company: Growthally Advisors – Investment Banking & Financial Advisory Firm with 15+ years of industry experience.

Experience: 2–5 years in asset/equipment leasing, NBFC, banking, financial services, or related operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end asset leasing operations, including initiation, documentation, activation, amendments, renewals, and closures.
2. Ensure accurate and timely lease documentation, record maintenance, and process compliance.
3. Handle billing and invoicing, validate billing inputs, and coordinate for timely invoice generation.
4. Perform revenue validation, reconciliation, and variance checks against contractual terms.
5. Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS, dashboards, trackers, and operational reports.
6. Monitor SLA adherence, track pending activities, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
7. Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Credit, Legal,



Collections, and Asset Management teams.
8. Identify process gaps and support automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
9. Provide operational data and documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
1. Robust knowledge of lease lifecycle and financial operations.
2. Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filtering, data validation, and reconciliation.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
