Crest Ventures Limited is a publicly listed real estate and financial services platform with a strong track record across residential development and structured real estate opportunities in Mumbai and key Indian markets.
As we actively evaluate new acquisition opportunities across the city, we are looking for a sharp, on-the-ground intern to support our property diligence and research function.
This is a field-first role — if you'd rather be out in the city than behind a desk, this is built for you.
What You'll Do
Conduct on-ground visits to prospective properties and surrounding neighborhoods across Mumbai & MMR.
Assess micro-market characteristics including:
- Connectivity, access roads, and ease of ingress/egress
- Surrounding land use, neighborhood profile, and resident demographics
- Noise levels, traffic patterns, and livability factors
- Proximity to key demand drivers — offices, institutions, transit hubs
- Document the quality, positioning,
and pricing of existing developments in target areas to build a ground-level view of each micro-market
- Gather local intelligence through observation and informal interactions
- Flag on-ground risks and constraints not visible in plans or documents
- Competitor and rental analysis
- Compile findings into structured notes, reports, photos, and summaries for the acquisitions team
- Support ad-hoc diligence assignments with quick turnarounds
Who We're Looking For
- Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates - any discipline welcome
- Naturally curious with strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal handholding
- Transparent, concise written communication - your reports will reach senior leadership
- Organized and reliable - field assignments require follow-through
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Mumbai's neighborhoods and micro-markets
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the city
- Two-wheeler or car (preferred, not mandatory)
