Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for iOS and Android apps across functional, regression, performance, and usability dimensions.
- Instrument mobile apps with Adobe Analytics, AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), and CJP (Customer Journey Analytics) to validate data layer accuracy and event tracking integrity.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define QA checkpoints for CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with app store guidelines.
- Own the assurance engineering lifecycle — from test case design and automation scripting to defect triage, reporting,
and release sign-off.
- Validate cross-platform user journeys using Adobe Assurance to debug and resolve data discrepancies across touchpoints.
- Contribute to QA process maturity by documenting test strategies, maintaining test repositories, and mentoring junior QA engineers.
- Experience with Adobe Launch or Data Layer implementation
- Basic understanding of JSON schema validation
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
