Role: Senior Consultant - ITAM & ITSM ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management) and ITSM modules.
- Implement and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform CMDB and Asset lifecycle management, data reconciliation, and discovery-related activities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOA P APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.




- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and agile delivery methodologies.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ITAM and ITSM modules.
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
- Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Discovery preferred.
- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes.
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications are preferred
