About the Role
We are actively hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer on behalf of a fast-growing US-based startup. This is not a standard corporate role where you will be handed step-by-step requirements to close routine tickets. This is a Founding Engineer position. You will be taking complete ownership of setting up their Salesforce base from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and build a clean, scalable Salesforce infrastructure from scratch.
Take full ownership of the system, acting as both the strategic architect and the hands-on developer.
Work directly with US stakeholders to translate vague, high-level business problems into concrete technical solutions.
Navigate ambiguity independently without relying on a Business Analyst to write detailed project requirements.
Implement best practices for data security, system performance, and long-term scalability.
Must-Haves




Extensive hands-on experience in full-lifecycle Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, Integrations).
A proven track record of building out current Salesforce instances or handling massive, complex architecture migrations from scratch.
An absolute "ownership mindset"-you must be comfortable taking initiative, solving problems proactively, and driving the technical vision.
Excellent English communication skills, as you will be interfacing directly with the US-based executive team.
Ability to commit to a daily 4-hour overlap with US Eastern Time (5:00 PM 9:00 PM IST). The Interview Process
