Zeal Travel's is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Expert to join our team in Poonamallee. The ideal candidate will assist customers with visa applications, documentation, and the overall visa processing procedure while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle visa inquiries and guide customers based on their travel requirements.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Check and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit visa applications within required timelines.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant visa authorities/consulates when required.
- Follow up on visa applications and provide timely status updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and customer information.
- Stay updated on visa rules, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the visa processing journey.
Requirements
- 0 2 years of experience in visa processing, travel, immigration, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
